Name them, Koki, Ekwang, eru and water fufu, Ndole and yams, Bobolo and roasted fish, achu and yellow soup, Koki-corn Kwacoco-bible........... my mouth waters as I write. Cameroon has a lot to offer when it comes to African cuisine. The dishes are as varied as the cultures and ethnic groups. Often spiced with special Cameroonian ingredients.
If you have never eaten some of the tasty food prepared in Cameroon, then you are missing out on some of the best African Cuisine .
